E-Services for Prospective Legal Aid Applicants

Before making a formal application for legal aid, you can also submit a Pre-application Information Form electronically through the LAESP. Once we have received all of the essential information and documents required to support your application, you will be given an appointment date to visit the Legal Aid Department’s office to make your application in person.

Please note that if your case is urgent, you may attend our office directly to make an application.
